Return Policy
At Dremo Coffee, we take pride in delivering premium cold brew beverages crafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns : Because our products are perishable beverages, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, returns or replacements may be approved under the following circumstances: The product arrived damaged or leaking, You received the wrong item. The product was spoiled upon delivery, The order was missing items. If any of these occur, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return or Replacement : To request a replacement or refund, please contact us with the following: Order number Photos or video showing the issue A short description of the problem Send the request to our WhatsApp. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Refunds If your request is approved, you may receive: A replacement product, or A full or partial refund, depending on the situation. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items : For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for: Opened bottles, Consumed products ,Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery.
5. Order Cancellation : Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
